Your brand should work for you.

Not the other way around.

Most founders don’t arrive here knowing exactly what they need. They arrive because something feels off. The messaging. The visuals. The way the brand holds up in a proposal or a pitch — or doesn’t.

Or because the business has quietly outgrown the brand, and nobody’s said it out loud yet.

That’s enough. Everything here is priced openly. No enquiry forms hiding a number.

Brand Partner

From $2,500/month ·
Min. 3-month engagement

Your brand has a job. So do you. Pick one. Work with ko&co and we will be your fractional brand and marketing CMO and designer. Melbourne Australia

At some point, ad hoc freelancers and contractors are no longer enough.

Not because the work wasn’t good, but because the business needs to keep moving, and you need to be the CEO. Not the brand manager, the copywriter, the creative director and the person who briefs everyone from scratch every time something needs to get done.

You’ve probably tried the project approach. Got the strategy doc. Got the new identity. Hired someone to do the website, promotions, socials, etc. And still found yourself back in the same place — making brand decisions alone, second-guessing every piece of content, wondering why it still doesn’t quite hold together.

It’s not because you made bad choices. It’s because none of those things was designed to stay. Brand Partner is.

Ko&co sits alongside you as your senior brand and marketing partner — thinking at the strategic level and getting into the execution when that’s what’s needed. The thinking and making stay in the same room. No handoffs. No disappearing after the work is delivered. No, starting from scratch every time you need something done.

What that feels like: decisions get easier. You stop second-guessing every piece of content. The brand starts doing work you used to do yourself. And you get to focus on running the business instead of translating it.

What we work on together:

  • Brand direction and decision-making as the business grows and changes
  • Campaign strategy, content direction and design
  • Client-facing communications:  proposals, presentations, anything that needs to sound like you
  • New offer positioning and messaging
  • Brand consistency across every touchpoint so you’re not the one policing it
  • Social media strategy and content planning
  • The strategic thinking that should sit behind every marketing decision

When the work needs specialists — a photographer, someone to run paid ads — we know who to call, how to brief them, and work with them. You get the expertise without the coordination overhead.

Brand Partner works best for:

  • Founders who have their brand foundations in place. Either by working with us or by arriving with a strategic brand and identity.
  • Businesses that are scaling, growing, shifting or changing.
  • Founders who are past the “fix the logo” stage and want to stop project-hopping
  • Businesses that need senior brand and marketing thinking without a full-time salary commitment.

Not quite there yet?
Brand Therapy is where we first find out what’s needed. Some founders move through a workshop or identity project and into Brand Partner. Others arrive ready. Either way, we are here as your Brand Partner.

Brand Therapy

$400 · 90 minutes · Zoom

Something feels off. You’re just not sure what. Brand Therapy is the diagnostic.

Maybe the brand has been quietly bothering you for a while — the messaging that doesn’t quite land, the visuals that made sense two years ago, the website that works but doesn’t really sound like you anymore. Or maybe the business has shifted and the brand is still introducing you as the older version.

You don’t need to have it figured out before you book. That’s the point.

Brand Therapy is 90 minutes of focused attention on what’s actually going on. Not a discovery call dressed up as something else. Not a vague audit that leaves you with a list and no idea where to start. A clear-eyed read on where the friction is sitting, what’s worth fixing, and what order to do it in — from someone who does this every day.

You’ll leave knowing what to do next. Some founders leave knowing they need more. Both are useful outcomes.

What you get:

  • A clear-eyed read of what’s working and what isn’t
  • The friction points that are costing you energy (and probably clients)
  • Practical fixes you can implement straight away
  • Honest recommendations on what needs more attention
  • A written summary sent after the session

And the $400 comes off anything you do with us after. So whatever comes next, you’ve already started.

Strategic Brand Workshop

$4,000 · In-person or Zoom

You know your business better than anyone. But somewhere between your head and the outside world, something keeps getting lost in translation.

The caption you rewrote four times. The proposal that didn’t quite sound like you. The pitch went well, but left you thinking…why is this still so hard? It isn’t a talent problem. It isn’t even a time problem. It’s a foundational problem. When the thinking underneath the brand isn’t clear, everything that sits on top of it takes twice as long and never quite feels right.

A strategic brand workshop is where that gets fixed.

Workshops are structured, facilitated sessions built around what your brand actually needs to work through: positioning, messaging, values, voice, or the offer architecture that supports it all. We then bring it all together so it is structured and ready to use. Not as a Google doc you’ll never open, but as a working reference that makes every brand decision easier.

This isn’t a classroom, and it isn’t a brainstorm. It’s a working session with a brand strategist and designer who comes in knowing what questions to ask and how to turn the output into something you can use.

What you leave with:

  • Your positioning clear, ownable, and specific to your business
  • Your messaging framework so you’re not starting from scratch every time
  • Your tone of voice so everything sounds like you and your business regardless of who wrote it.
  • Your brand personality is defined, not a list of adjectives
  • A Brand Playbook designed, structured, and built to be used

A strategic branding workshop is the foundation for Identity Work and Brand Partner. If you’re considering more than one, we’ll talk through what makes sense and in what order.

Brand Identity

$5,500 · Project based

You’ve done the thinking. Now the brand needs to look like it.

A logo is the handshake, the first impression. But a handshake doesn’t close the deal. What comes after it does. And right now, if your visual identity is patchy, inconsistent, or just quietly embarrassing in certain contexts, the brand is undermining work you’ve already done to get here.

Colour that does a job. Typography that holds a tone. A visual identity system that works across every context without you having to intervene every time it shows up somewhere new. When the identity is right, you stop babysitting the brand. It starts carrying itself.

What’s included:

  • Logo system including primary, secondary and brand mark
  • Colour palette defined, purposeful, and explained so anyone can use it correctly
  • Typography hierarchy, weight, personality
  • Visual identity guidelines  clear enough that anyone working on your brand knows exactly what to do
  • Brand asset suite (all the supporting elements that make the whole system flexible and consistent)

Identity work requires strategic foundations. If you don’t have those yet, the workshop is where we start. That’s not a sales move, it’s just the order that works for a strategic brand.

Workshop + Brand Identity

$9,500 · Project based

Often founders and small businesses do one without the other.

Strategy without design stays in a document. Design without strategy is decoration with good intentions.

You’ve probably seen both versions. The brand refresh looked great, but didn’t solve anything. The strategy session that produced a deck nobody used. The problem isn’t the work, it’s the handoff. When the thinking and the making are separated, something gets lost between them every time.

When you do both together, in sequence, with the same people, without the thinking disappearing between steps, something different happens. The brand that comes out the other end actually holds together. Because the design knows exactly what it’s supposed to say. And the strategy has somewhere real to go.

This is how we’d recommend doing it. Not because it costs more. Because it works better.

What’s included:

  • Everything in the workshop
  • Everything in brand identity.
  • Built as one connected piece of work, with a Brand Playbook and visual identity guidelines that tie the thinking and the making together
